All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Eindhoven, the Netherlands and fit through the letterbox (A6 size boxes).

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping, worldwide.

Customs duties and taxes (outside the EU) are borne by the customer.

Delivery time
The Netherlands & Belgium: ordered before 15.00? Shipped the same working day.
Delivery time: 1-2 working days via DPD

Germany: 2-5 working days via Deutsche Post
Europe: 3-6 working daysUSA: 5-12 working days via DHL/USPS
Canada: 5-12 working days
Rest of the world: 6-12 working days

Information about DHL shipments:
Orders before 15:00 (CET) will be shipped the same working day and will go with DHL to your local delivery company who will deliver your packages. We advise you to track your package through your local delivery company for more detailed tracking updates.
