Refund Policy

You can easily return your order within 14 days after you have received your invoice.

Return instructions
1. Inform us by sending a email with your name, order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Upon receipt of a return address, return your unworn and undamaged items in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return. We strongly recommend that you choose a tracked shipping method as we are unable to process unidentifiable returns.

Refund
After receiving your unworn and undamaged product(s) we will refund your order. This will be automatically refunded to your bank account or credit card. Please note that the refund can take up to 10 working days.

Return costs are for your own account and worn earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
